Mixed Feelings I have mixed feelings about this book, I got to a point where it felt like “When is the Author going to believe in something”. There is still value in the information in it, but i disliked the feel of the writing style, it almost felt like negative or some sort of anger in the writing. I got to a point when I asked myself, “when is she going to like somthing?”. Advice: do not read the last paragraph, it will summarize the whole book in 5 rows.Meh. If you are serious enough about training to buy this book, you already know most of what it will say. If you think it works, it works. And sleep and rest are completely underestimated in the recovery process. That being said, the stories are interesting and it's an easy, enjoyable read.Smart, fun to read, useful Highly recommended for anyone who cares about sports, or even anyone who just cares about thinking carefully about science. A delightful read that beautifully combines openness and skepticism.
